Flare, Inc. was established in 1976 by Allen L. Collins, a graduate of the prestigious General Electric (G.E.) Tool and Die Apprenticeship Program. Mr. Collins' entrepreneurial spirit propelled him into starting his own precision machining company.

Flare Inc. has maintained its successful history by continuing to focus on the customer, while providing them with exceptional service. Through a talented employee base of toolmakers, machinists and support personnel, Flare Inc. demonstrates the greatest asset, the employees.
