Over the last two decades, Flare Inc. has developed a national customer base for custom bottle tooling. Based on customers' specifications, our tooling is custom designed to fit each size of containers. Flare Inc. is a leader in designing tooling for unusual shapes and sizes, otherwise very difficult to handle.
In addition to providing tooling to apply silk screen designs directly to bottles and containers, Flare also offers bottle decoration tooling for shrink-sleeve and bottle labeling applications.
To further enhance our bottle tooling capabilities, Flare Inc. offers a spare-parts program to fit our customers' equipment. And when the need arises Flare Inc. has the capability to rebuild production machinery. Through an inventory of high-usage, consumable parts, Flare helps our customers minimize costly breakdowns and maintain a steady flow of production to ultimately improve the customer's bottom line.
