Including the food and medical industries, plastic container thermoforming has been an important part of Flare's 33 year history. We are a "one-stop shop" with the capability of taking a customer's project from start to finish. Our specialists will design and develop a prototype tool for your needs and ensure its accuracy. We carefully inspect and refine the thermoform tooling to perfect the finished product. After the specifics of the prototype tooling have been perfected, Flare Inc. can further support the engineering and manufacturing of an entire production tool, including emergency repairs to limit production downtime.
Flare offers complete consulting and design services to custom design thermoform tools for our customers. Our three-dimensional CAD designs are created using the latest versions of Inventor and SolidWorks software.
